MEET DR. VICKI MAPLE
A gifted facilitator, consultant, researcher, writer, and speaker, Vicki has dedicated her career to discovering and implementing forward-thinking solutions for organizational, educational, economic, and workforce challenges. She previously served in a role as Vice President for Economic Development and Workforce Solutions for a community and technical college in central Ohio where she was the solution strategist for business/industry partners, creating and delivering impactful training and actionable plans for more efficient productivity and effective performance. She also served as administrator over the regional extended campus sites and led government/community relations efforts. A former collegiate-level instructor of Interpersonal Communication, Vicki is also an advocate of personal and professional growth, having served as a Dale Carnegie Training ® performance coach for over two decades. Vicki thrives within the intersectionality of workforce solutions and community consensus-building, often building ecosystems where educational solutions and/or institutions are centric to the model. Additionally, Vicki is a Telly Award-winning director, producer, and scriptwriter who has produced hundreds of musical variety shows to benefit charitable organizations. As Founder and CEO of REVIVE, Vicki believes in the power of partnership and frequently contracts with other platinum-level consultancies to ensure the highest degree of client fulfillment.
